3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in USD and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay via Shopify Payments
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion

4. Shipping

• Processing time: 5-7 business days (handmade to order)
• Shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, DHL depending on destination
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier pickup

5. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition
• Custom/personalized items are final sale
• To initiate a return, email support@zenpawco.com with your order number
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
